Listen to Manny Pacquiao’s Pre-Mayweather Fight Playlist
We know already Manny Pacquiao’s getting pumped up for his Saturday fight against Floyd Mayweather with some of his own tunes, but he’s going to be getting some help from The Black Keys, Ed Sheeran and Ashanti too.
The boxing superstar has shared what he says is his pre-fight playlist on Spotify, enlisting perhaps more expected tracks like Survivor‘s “Eye of the Tiger” and Link Wray’s “Rumble,” as well as some more thematic and tonally odd choices like WizKhalifa‘s Furious 7 Paul Walker tribute “See You Again” and Blonde‘s “I Loved You”.
If he loses against Floyd Mayweather at “the fight of the century,” as it’s being billed, maybe he’ll have those down-tempo numbers to blame. But who are we to question his tactics?
