EVIL IS ALWAYS WAITING IN THIS COMIC-CON TRAILER FOR ASH VS. EVIL DEAD
While the STAR WARS: THE FORCE AWAKENS panel was blowing figurative minds, another panel was busy blowing literal minds all over the wall…with a chainsaw no less. The new Starz series Ash vs. Evil Dead screened a brand new trailer which, unlike the brief teases we’ve seen prior, actually gives us a whole lot of Bruce Campbell deadite slaying goodness. Groovy baby.

As much as I love the EVIL DEAD films, I must admit that the idea of a TV series didn’t excite me all that much; however after watching this new trailer all I have to say is…screw you past-Kevin for ever doubting it! Ash vs. Evil Dead looks like a hell of a bloody good time; Bruce Campbell, Lucy Lawless,Sam Raimi, and all deadites you can shake a boomstick at. Sign me up.

Along with today’s trailer comes a release date for the series, the 10-episode first season of Ash vs. Evil Dead will air on Starz on Saturday, October 31 at 9 PM. Get your trick r’ treating done early that night folks!
