Wiz Khalifa Arrested at Airport For Riding a Hoverboard
“See You Again” rapper commented: “Haven’t been slammed and cuffed in a while. That was fun.”
According to a series of Instagram and Twitter updates from Wiz Khalifa, the rapper was seemingly arrested by police at an airport on Saturday, Aug. 22.
“3 cops yell stop resisting. Only thing to do is let em know. I’m not resisting, I’m doin what I want,” he captioned a video clip uploaded to Instagram, in which he can be heard saying “I’m not resisting, sir,” as he is held on the ground by cops.
On Twitter, the “See You Again” rapper commented, “Haven’t been slammed and cuffed in a while. That was fun,” and claimed that the situation with the police was over him riding a hoverboard.
Khalifa’s rep has not yet responded to Billboard’s request for comment.
