Sting, Peter Gabriel To Tour: Exclusive
Sting and Peter Gabriel will embark on a 19-date co-headlining North American concert tour this summer, Billboard has learned.
The Rock Paper Scissors tour will play a mix of arenas and amphitheaters, beginning June 21 at Nationwide Arena in Columbus, Ohio.
The tour will be produced by Arthur Fogel, chairman of Live Nation’s Global Touring division, which has a long relationship with Sting and has also produced the most recent Peter Gabriel tours.
Calling Gabriel and Sting “two amazing, iconic artists with great history,” Fogel adds, “I have no idea what they’re going to do together, but I do know that whatever they do together will feel totally natural and great.”
Rather than simply performing hits from their own catalogs, Gabriel and Sting will also explore each other’s tracks both separately and together
