Interpol Trapped on Tour Bus for 40 plus Hours
Interpol was slated to perform at Toronto’s Kool Haus last night but was forced to cancel when their tour bus was halted due to the massive snowstorm that swept across the area. Since then, however, the band hasn’t moved from their position and is still stuck in their bus. “Haven’t really moved in 30 hours and we’ve been on the bus for nearly 40 hours,” guitarist Daniel Kessler tweeted on the band’s official Twitter.
The band has taken to their Twitter to document the event and you can follow along here. Next up for Interpol, if the snow subsides, is a show in Montreal tomorrow night and Boston the following evening. The status of those shows is currently unknown.
And can I just say firemen are awesome. They just are yo. Serious ballers during these conditions.-DK
