Foo Fighters Perform ‘Under Pressure’ Live With Queen + Led Zeppelin Legends

You truly never know what surprises are in store when attending a Foo Fighters concert. At the band’s massive Sept. 5 show in Milton Keynes, England, the Foos brought out a pair of rock legends to jam Queen and David Bowie’s classic collaboration “Under Pressure.”

About halfway through Foo Fighters’ set, Dave Grohl introduced Queen drummer Roger Taylor and Led Zeppelin bassist John Paul Jones (not that they need an introduction) to the elated crowd. “Something nice and special just happened an hour and a half ago,” said Grohl. “A couple of our friends turned up and we thought it’d be nice to do a song together … Now look, I don’t know if y’all have ever seen a supergroup. This is a ‘superdupergroup.’ I don’t even know what to say because this kind of s–t doesn’t happen every day. Let me just tell you that the Foo Fighters, right now, are living out our rock n’ roll fantasy with you tonight.”

During the jam, John Paul Jones, who has worked with Grohl in the past with Them Crooked Vultures, played keyboards while Roger Taylor took drumming duties from Taylor Hawkins.
