AWARD WINNING DIRECTOR KEN COSENTINO BRINGS THE WORLD PREMIERE OF HIS FILM “ATTACK OF THE KILLER SHREWS” TO THE HISTORIC NORTH PARK THEATRE IN BUFFALO, NY

White Lion Studios will be hosting a red carpet event to premiere the splatstick comedy on September 30th at 9:30pm.
The film, a remake of the 1959 cult classic “Killer Shrews”, explores and follows a group of misfits including a high brow professor (Jonathan Rogers), a small town sheriff (Bill Kennedy), and a B-movie scream queen (Elizabeth Houlihan) as they defend the world against an invasion of monstrous, killer shrews. Complete with a cast of zany characters and awful shrew puppets, “Attack of the Killer Shrews” is introduced with a special cameo by Lloyd Kaufman, the creator of the Toxic Avenger & owner of Troma Films.

Director & Writer Ken Cosentino said “This is our gift to the community. The film combines Mel Brooks style humor with a classic drive-in creature feature plot. We wanted to honor those that have inspired us to keep making films while utilizing Niagara Falls and Buffalo.”

White Lion Studios recognizes the importance of keeping people and opportunities in Western NY and has teamed up with local schools to provide internships and community service while gaining experience and credit in this field.
