AC/DC’s Brian Johnson to Appear on Comedian Jim Breuer’s Album

AC/DC’s Brian Johnson will appear on Jim Breuer’s upcoming rock album. The comedian was on SiriusXM’s Opie and Jim Norton Show recently and talked about getting to work with and record with Johnson. In the audio above, Breuer’s excitement at getting the rocker on his new album is evident as he recalls how the recording session went, complete with the comedian doing a spot-on impression of the singer.

The curse-laden 7-minute clip also includes Breuer recalling what Johnson told him about his frustration at having to deal with AC/DC’s drummer Phil Rudd’s legal troubles. At the two-minute mark, Breuer says (in his best Brian Johnson accent) that Johnson told him, “’It’s not good. He needs help, he needs help…The f—king guy is up in his castle telling people to die. F—king not good Jimmy, not good Jimmy. This guy is killing me. Every f—king interview – ‘Eh, what’s going on with Phil?’ Why not give him a call, eh? What are you f—king asking me for?’”

This isn’t the first time Breuer and Johnson have collaborated. According to Rolling Stone, the AC/DC frontman performed the song “Rock N’ Roll Ain’t Noise Pollution” with Breuer on his SiriusXM show. They also reminded us that the comedian joined Johnson onstage to perform his famous ‘AC/DC sings the “Hokey Pokey”’ bit. Check out video of the comedy piece below.

Johnson isn’t the only AC/DC member having some fun of late. This week, Angus Young was snapped next to tennis pro Roger Federer at the French Open. The professional athlete posted the photo on his Instagram account, thanking Young for his time and calling him “one of my music heroes and still going strong!” Check out the photo below.
