NEW X-FILES IMAGES SHOW OFF RETURNING CAST MEMBERS

The X-Files reboot is so close to its premiere that you can taste the black oil. New promo images have surfaced, showing off Mulder, Scully, Skinner, and the Cigarette Smoking Man looking as mysterious as ever. It might have been a while since we’ve last seen them, but they look like they’ve hardly aged a day. Except for the hair, but you can’t have everything. And when there’s new X-Files on the way, it’s hard to feel bitter. Check out the images below!

The series premiere, “My Struggle”, centers on Mulder (David Duchovny) and Scully (Gillian Anderson) investigating Annet Mahendru’s character, who is believed to be a “possible alien abductee,” according to Joel McHale’s character, a conservative talk show host who gives Mulder and Scully the tip to investigate her.

The X-Files crew is joined by Bruce Harwood, Tom Braidwood, Dean Haglund, Robbie Amell, Lauren Ambrose, Rhys Darby, and Kumail Nanjiani. The X-Files will beam onto Fox with a six-episode season on January 24, 2016.
