Sofa King Cool caught up with with WES SCANTLIN from Puddle Of Mudd and we talked about his new single ‘Just Tell Me’ and how great it felt to put out new music after 10 years, we talked about touring during the pandemic, his sobriety, how he hopes to get Fred Durst to make a movie about his life, how he outlived all his peers in the music industry, how he has written over 75 songs during the pandemic, some of the troubles he has had in the past, his break dancing skills, the possibility of putting out a rap record and showed of his skills with a freestyle, how hard the death of Charlie Watts hit him, and what is next for him
PUDDLE OF MUDD has released a new music video for the song “Just Tell Me”. The track comes from the band’s 2019 album, “Welcome To Galvania”, which is available via Pavement Entertainment.
“Welcome To Galvania” was PUDDLE OF MUDD‘s first album in a decade. Scantlin stated about the LP title: “My dad measures my songwriting by the galvanic skin response, which is an electric current. It’s when you get goosebumps and you feel this insane, awesome sensation in your body.”
“Welcome To Galvania” consists of ten new tracks and was produced by Cameron Webb (ALKALINE TRIO, DISTURBED, MOTÖRHEAD).
