‘Stranger Things’ Cast Member Want To Join The Walking Dead

You don’t need to acquire powers via MK Ultra to know that Millie Bobby Brown is destined for super stardom and, should she get the roles she covets the most, that destiny will be fulfilled sooner rather than later.

During a panel at Rhode Island Comic Con, not only did Brown express interest in making a lil’ zombie cameo in everyone’s favorite AMC show The Walking Dead — which wouldn’t be such a jump given the gory monster she battled in Stranger Things — but she revealed that she’d also be down with playing the iconic Princess Leia in any upcoming Star Wars movie. And considering we’ll be getting a Han Solo standalone at some point in 2018, maybe that actually isn’t such a far fetched dream.

You can watch a snippet of her Comic Con interview below:

We Can’t Leg-go Of This Stranger Things x LEGO Parody

Because it really is just that good. Complete with fan favorite characters (Dustin is particularly brilliant) and a LEGO laboratory, this parody courtesy of BookShelfProductions is clearly a labour of love, and we’re very grateful for it:

The Netflix series, created by Ross and Matt Duffer, is adding three new characters, including someone who kind of sounds like the next Eleven. And two of the actors have very important connections to genre films influenced by the Duffers.

Danish actress Linnea Berthelsen has been cast as Roman. Per Netflix, she’s “an emotionally damaged, magnetic young woman who suffered a great loss as a child. Although she does not live in Hawkins, she is mysteriously connected to the supernatural events at the lab…”

Sean Astin (The Goonies, Lord of the Rings trilogy) will play Bob Newby, “a kindhearted former nerd who went to high school with Joyce (Winona Ryder) and Hopper (David Harbour) and now manages the local Hawkins RadioShack.”

Paul Reiser (Aliens, Whiplash) has been cast as Dr. Owens, “a high-ranking member within the Department of Energy on a ‘clean-up’ assignment, tasked with containing the events of last year.”

  • Joyce Byers — The deeply distressed mother of Will, Joyce spent most of the first season communicating with her missing son via fairy lights. Everybody treated her like she was having a psychotic break, until she turned out to be right.
  • Jim Hopper — Police Chief of Hawkins, Indiana, who tragically lost his daughter to cancer at a young age. He firmly believes that mornings are for coffee and contemplation.
  • Mike Wheeler — Will’s best friend, Nancy’s brother, and holds the closest relationship to Eleven.
  • Eleven — Badass and psychic, 011 is a test subject in the MK Ultra program, raised by Dr. Martin Brenner (presumed dead) a.k.a Pappa.
  • Dustin Henderson — Smart and diplomatic, Dustin uses these skills to keep his best friends grounded during the hunt for Will.
  • Lucas Sinclair — Best friends with Mike, Dustin and Will, Lucas is an independent soul with excellent tracking skills.
  • Nancy Wheeler — After her best friend Barb vanishes, Nancy develops from simple, stubborn teen to truth seeker, with her strong morals coming to the fore.
  • Jonathan Byers — Will’s brother, Jonathan is a soft, artistic soul, which makes him an outsider to his peers. He loves The Clash, photography and probably Nancy.
  • Will Byers — Joyce’s son Will was snatched by The Monster and, as a master hider, used his ingenuity to escape it’s evil clutches in the Upside Down. It’s currently unknown how his time spent there will affect him in the long run.
