Marilyn Manson May Have Just posted Say10’s release date

Marilyn Manson seems to be teasing his upcoming studio album, Say10. Manson posted a cryptic video to Instagram earlier today (March 22) with the message, “6:19. The time has come.”

Manson originally stated Say10 would become available on Valentine’s Day 2017, but the holiday came and went without a peep from the Antichrist Superstar. Well over a month later, Manson has revealed his first clue and fans are scrambling to interpret the message.

The most obvious interpretation is June 19 (6/19) but since June 19 falls on a Monday instead of the traditional Friday album release, this may not be the case. Others believe 6:19 is a reference to a lyric from “If I Was Your Vampire” — “6:19 and I know I’m ready / Drive me off the mountain / You’ll burn, I’ll eat your ashes / The impossible wheels seducing / Our corpse.” Maybe 6:19 is Manson’s way of saying “I’m ready”?

Since Manson loves his biblical references, we combed through the Good Book and every possible Chapter 6, Verse 19 within. Two of the verses contain numbers. Ezra 6:19 reads, “And the children of the captivity kept the passover upon the fourteenth day of the first month.” January 14, 2018? Seems like a long way away, plus it’s a Sunday. However, in the New Living translation, Ezra 6:19 reads, “On April 21 the returned exiles celebrated Passover.” April 21 is a Friday!

The other is Jonah 6:19. “So when they had rowed about five and twenty or thirty furlongs, they see Jesus walking on the sea, and drawing nigh unto the ship: and they were afraid.” Could May 20 or May 30 make more sense? Neither falls on a Friday, but the dates aren’t too far away.
