Five Finger Death Punch Sign with Rise Records

Five Finger Death Punch (FFDP) is trying to put the nastiness with their current labelbehind them by signing with Rise Records for future releases. FFDP will still have to complete its obligation with their current label and sparring partners, Prospect Park. FFDP will be joining such bands including Of Mice & Men, PVRIS and Crown The Empire on the Rise Records roster.

Craig Ericson, CEO of Rise Records, adds, “I’m honoured to be working with one of the biggest arena rock bands in the world. I’m very confident in the future of Five Finger Death Punchand Rise Records and can’t wait to hear the music they make with our company.”

Guitarist and founding member Zoltan Bathory says: “We are looking forward to the next phase of our recording career. We have had great success with our current label, Prospect Park, and will continue to enjoy further success with our next and final album (subject to surmounting the label’s court action to prevent us from recording it), after which we will commence a new and exciting label partnership with the people at Rise and BMG.”

Five Finger Death Punch recently put tickets on sale for a Fall arena tour with co-headlinersShinedown and special guests Sixx:A.M. with support from As Lions. They will play a handful of festival dates this summer in North America and Europe.
