David Bowie had coke-fuelled closet threesome with Mick Jagger, claims late legend’s bodyguard

Closet relationship: David Bowie is said to have had a threesome with Mick Jagger

David Bowie’s former bodyguard has claimed the late glam rocker indulged in druggy threeway sex inside a walk-in wardrobe with Mick Jagger and a famous female singer.

Stuart George says he stood outside while the warblers went at it – but barred ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev from joining in, despite the Soviet begging to be let inside.

Stuart, 71 – who looked after Bowie throughout his ’70s pomp – says he presided over scores more of the singer’s wild soirees and cocaine-fuelled orgies.

He recalled about the threesome in one of Bowie’s costume rooms in the mid-70s: “David told me to wait outside and make sure they weren’t disturbed.

“Rudolf Nureyev was partying with them but spotted them sneaking off and wanted to join in and said, ‘I have be in there’. I politely said, ‘No’ – I was under orders.

“David, Mick and the woman were in the closet for 20 minutes and came out with big smiles. It was obvious what had been going on.”

Stuart refused to name the singer who took part in the threeway.

Last month, one of Bowie’s former backing singers Ava Cherry said she was the “filling” in a sex-sandwich between the rocker and Jagger when she was 19.

There are long-standing rumours Bowie and Jagger were lovers, which both singers denied.

Since Bowie’s death, Jagger has called him a “very dear friend”, and made last-minute alternations to his upcoming ’70s-set rock drama Vinyl to include a tribute to the singer.

Bowie’s former bodyguard Stuart also told in an interview with a Sunday newspaper how he burst into tears and curled up on his floor when he heard Bowie had died from cancer last month aged 69.

The Hull minder added Bowie battled depression, locking himself in his hotel room for days listening to his own records no a loop.

Stuart said he saw Bowie break down after his 1979 split from first wife Angie and told how the Ziggy Stardust icon was almost killed by an obsessed gun-wielding fan after John Lennon was assassinated.
